Description: Do you experience tension or fatigue at work or during certain everyday activities? Do you wish you had better posture and balance? Then attend the FREE "Move Better, Feel Better" class and learn how the Alexander Technique can help you! This world-renowned technique will teach you how to take care of yourself while at work or home, so that you can reduce tension, prevent aches and pains, and restore natural coordination.

In this class you will:

  • Begin to investigate how you use your body by exploring the mind-body connection.

  • Explore ways of moving with less tension.

  • Receive personal hands on guidance from the teacher.

  • Learn simple tips for improving how you move.
